C-nario, a leading provider of comprehensive systems for digital signage networks, and high impact AV applications, announced today that it closed a $5 million round of financing led by Carmel Ventures. Rina Shainski, General Partner of Carmel Ventures, joined C-nario’s Board of Directors.

In addition, C-nario announced the nomination of Doron Inbar as Chairman of its Board.  Mr. Inbar, a veteran of the telecommunications industry, served as President and CEO of ECI Telecom, Ltd. (NASDAQ: ECIL) for six years and has been with ECI Telecom for 23 years. Mr. Inbar is also a Venture Partner in Carmel Ventures and Active Chairman in companies of its portfolio.
