Founded in 2008, Viola Private Equity aims to become the market leader in technology buyout and growth capital investments. With a target size of $300 million for its first fund, Viola Private Equity's investment activity focuses on private and public Israeli and Israel-related technology companies that have a global presence. Viola Private Equity invests an average of $20-30m in equity per investment and seeks to invest in companies with market attractiveness, viable business models, revenues and profit visibility.
Viola Private Equity is managed by four seasoned partners – Harel Beit-On, Jonathan Kolber, Osnat Ronen and Sami Totah – all of whom have extensive private equity and company building experience.
Through the eco-system of the Viola Group and the widespread relations of the partners, Viola Private Equity has access to proprietary deal flow and exclusive deals. Viola Private Equity uses a hands-on approach and leverages its access to management talent, syndication partners, debt financing and exits markets.
