THINGS YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW ABOUT ANA
She’s a morning person. “Every day I do what I like to call a ‘miracle morning’: I wake up at 5 AM, I meditate (about all the good things I’m grateful for in my life), read my affirmations and go for a run or a workout. If I skip a workout, I read motivational books on my Kindle instead. Also, my husband and I have been going for a coffee together (at a café) almost every day before work, for many years. This tradition is our ‘quality time’ together and it makes our mornings so much fun! If anyone ever asks me how I have the time for it, I remind them that “it’s not about having time, it’s about making time”.
She loves to cook, read, run and Pilates.
She’s originally from Russia and came to Israel when she was 8 years old.
One of her favorite mantras to live by is “to be grateful for every day and to make the most of every moment.”
