What are you most proud of in your company?
The people here at Pyramid analytics. They’re the smartest team I’ve ever worked with. They are passionate, accountable, responsible, devoted and dedicated, and that’s what sets the tone for the whole company. The vibe at Pyramid Analytics is based on the unified belief that we are here to be the leaders of our category, and what makes it even better is that our customers support it too. We have a remarkable group of hundreds of enterprise customers, serving hundreds of thousands end users, and they all share our vision.
Who inspires you/who do you admire and why?
Albert Einstein inspires me. His ability to “dream big” and execute his visions was very powerful. Also, I admire my wife – she is a superwoman!
Which other companies do you admire?
I admire companies that change the industries they operate in, like Airbnb, Uber and Google, to name a few. Their disruptive approach has really advanced our lives.

The best business advice you ever received:
“Never say never” is what drives me the most: Running a startup is the fastest, most complicated roller-coaster I know of. It puts you in constant conflict with science and with common business habits, so you must disrupt in order to lead and excel.
There are always people who tell you that “It will never work, it will never happen. Customers will never buy it and investors will never follow you”. So my best business advice is “never say never”. If we hadn’t followed this advice at Pyramid Analytics, we wouldn’t be here today.
What do you think would really surprise people to learn about you?
I love all things extreme, from food to sports. Food wise, I’m happy to try anything, and have already tried some pretty weird things like snakes, crocodiles and even turtles and all kinds of strange seafoods. Sports wise, I love bungee jumping (the higher the better!), driving fast, and snowboarding is my favorite of all.
