[EXIT] IT service software company Samanage to be acquired by SolarWinds for $350M

New York-listed IT management company SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC (NYSE: SWI) is set to acquire IT service software company Samanage Ltd. (a Viola Ventures portfolio company) for $350 million. The deal, SolarWinds’s first acquisition in Israel, is set to be completed in the second quarter of 2019. As part of the acquisition, SolarWinds, which provides services to more than 300,000 companies and organizations, will integrate technologies by Samanage into its portfolio of IT management products.
