Associate at Viola Ventures
Dana joined Viola in 2017 as an Investment Analyst and is now an Associate at Viola Ventures.
Prior to joining Viola Ventures, Dana was a Financial Analyst at Applied Materials Israel, where she conducted budget planning and forecasting for the R&D division, as well as specialized in financial analysis and evaluation of future R&D projects. Before that, she worked as an Intern Economist at the Strategy and Economic Research Unit at the Office of Chief Scientist (OCS), researching trends in the High-Tech industry and preforming analysis of the OCS’s financial support programs.
Dana recently completed her M.A. in Economics at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where she also holds a B.A. in Economics, Cum Laude, with concentration in Business Management. Her thesis focused on the effect of local competition on price level in the Israeli grocery retail market, using Applied Econometrics modelling. During that period, she also worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Economics Department.

She has an over-the-top collection of plants and succulents
She doesn’t drink tea, coffee, wine and beer
Both her parents are 100% Polish (they were born in Poland)
She’s very passionate about event design and home décor
One of her favorite mantras is “Winter is coming…” (not because she’s the world’s biggest pessimist, on the contrary, it’s as a reminder to live each day to the full 🙂
