Investor Relations Associate, Viola Group
Elana joined Viola in 2025 as an Investor Relations Associate, where she manages day-to-day communications with existing LPs and plays a key role in expanding Viola’s global and local investor base.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
- Before joining Viola, Elana was a Senior Consultant at Argentum Consultants, helping deep-tech startups secure non-dilutive funding. She focused on grant strategy, proposal writing, and managing projects with the Israeli Innovation Authority and EU programs.
- She took part in a joint program between McGill University and the Hebrew University, where students explored different approaches to entrepreneurship in Montreal and Israel.
- Elana was one of the first team members at the Maayan Fund, the Hebrew University’s student-led investment fund, where she helped build its operations and support its early growth.
- She holds a B.A. in Business Management and Jewish History from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
