Hilly joined Viola in June 2022 and has spent the last decade working across the Israeli startup ecosystem, both for hi-tech companies as well as in venture capital. She has earned a reputation as a strong business development executive and international relationship builder. Her previous roles include: Product Evangelist and Manager @Earnix; GM Israel @Nexar; Director of Customer Success @Nexar.
Hilly works across Viola’s more than 100 portfolio companies, helping to strategically map the needs and opportunities of each company and provide access while growing Viola’s extensive local and global network. Working alongside the investment team, Hilly will support both the pre and post investment process to provide each company with the support and assistance they need as they access global markets.

Prior to joining Viola, Hilly was a Product Evangelist led and managed a new product line (UBI and telematics) and GTM strategy at Earnix.

Hilly was GM Israel at Nexar and led the Israeli B2B and B2C market.

Hilly is a retired lawyer who holds an LL.B in Law (Magna Cum Laude) and a BA in Political Science as well as MA, all from Tel Aviv University.
