She manages the fund’s day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on regulatory and compliance processes, ensuring the fund operates in alignment with applicable requirements and industry standards. Working closely with internal teams, investors, service providers, and external partners, She plays a key role in maintaining the operational infrastructure that supports the fund’s ongoing activity and growth

Before joining Viols FinTech, Maryse held executive and operational roles in international organizations and business environments, where she managed strategic projects, investor relations, and cross-functional operations.
She also worked in the International Relations division of the Knesset (the Israeli Parliament) collaborating with diplomats, government representatives, and international delegations.
