Michal joined Viola in June 2021 and has over 12 years of experience in practicing law. She is responsible for all legal aspects of Viola Ventures, Viola Growth and Viola Fintech’s activities, investments and exit processes, as well as fund formation procedures, corporate governance, fundraising and all other fund-related legal issues. With extensive experience in venture capital investments, Michal works closely with portfolio companies from initial investments through mergers, acquisitions and IPOs.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
- Prior to joining Viola, Michal was a Senior Associate at Fischer (FBC&Co), a top-tier Israeli law firm.
- During her studies at Tel Aviv University Michal served as a research assistant to Professor Ofer Grosskopf, who today serves as an Israeli Supreme Court Justice.
- Michal holds an LL.B in Law (Magna Cum Laude) a BA in Economics as well an MBA (Magna Cum Laude) with a specialization in Finance and Accounting, all from Tel Aviv University.

- Played soccer with Hapoel Raanana until the age of 16, including representing her city as part of an international soccer delegation to the Netherlands
