Controller, Viola Group
Shir joined Viola in 2025 as a Controller, bringing with her extensive experience in financial audit and team leadership.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
- Before joining Viola, Shir was a Manager and Team Leader at Deloitte’s Audit Department, where she led audits of public and private real estate companies in Israel and the U.S. She has deep expertise in IFRS, US-GAAP, IL-GAAP, and internal control audits (SOX/ISOX)
- Shir holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Bar-Ilan University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.

- She’s passionate about community involvement, including mentoring students and supporting Holocaust survivors.
