Loan Management Officer, Viola Credit
Yuval joined Viola Credit in October 2023 as a Loan Management Officer. Yuval manages loan operations functions and maintains the reporting processes to institutional investors.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
- Prior to joining Viola Credit, Yuval was an associate within Silicon Valley Bank’s Credit Solutions team.
- Yuval worked at Wix.com Ltd., a leading Israeli NASDAQ-listed company, and was part of its legal team for 4 years. He dealt with a variety of complex legal and business problems of different business aspects, mainly in expertise areas such as corporate M&A, SEC reporting, and commercial law issues.
- During his time in the IDF, Yuval served as a commander in a special intelligence unit.
- Yuval holds a B.A in Accounting and LL.B from Tel Aviv University. During school, he led the Law and Hi-Tech Club at Tel Aviv University and served as a Treasurer of the Law Students’ Association Tel Aviv University, a non-profit organization.
- Yuval is a member of the Israel Bar Association.
